Who We Are
ABOUT BABYBINTA

Hello! I’m Binta Dibba — born in The Gambia and raised between Gambia and Seattle, Washington. I moved to Seattle at thirteen, and that’s when my journey as a model, creative, and advocate truly began.
In 2016, I competed in Cycle 23 of America’s Next Top Model, placing 7th. The experience challenged me both personally and creatively, and it was there that I embraced being bold, authentic, and unapologetically myself — on camera and beyond.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse publications and campaigns, walking runways, and collaborating on lookbooks across the U.S. and Africa.
But modeling is just one part of who I am. I’m deeply passionate about using my voice and platform for positive change. Growing up, I witnessed the challenges of mental illness within my family, which shaped my compassion and commitment to mental health awareness.
I also serve as an ambassador in arts and culture spaces, supporting communities in both Seattle and The Gambia. My goal is always to bridge worlds — honoring my Gambian heritage while sharing my experiences in America — and to uplift, inspire, and create meaningful art.

What Drives Me

  • Identity & Roots: My heritage (Gambian, speaking Mandinka, Wolof, and English) shapes how I see beauty, art, and purpose.
  • Authenticity: I believe in being real — not just the glamor, but the courage found in vulnerability.
  • Impact: Through modeling, advocacy, and community work, I strive to create connections that truly matter.
Thank you for visiting my site. If you’d like to connect, collaborate, or follow my journey, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s keep creating together.
